Fishgoo Warehouse Storage — Deadlines & Consolidation
Keep each item’s warehouse arrival date and deadline visible, resolve unmatched packages, and group compatible items into a parcel. Consolidation should preserve the opportunity to review or return an item.
How to consolidate orders without missing an earlier deadline
Fishgoo’s current storage allowance is up to 100 days from In Storage for purchasing and forwarding items. The deadline belongs to each item. You can combine accepted items from several sellers, but a later arrival does not restart storage or return time for earlier orders.
| Item | Warehouse situation | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Hoodie A | Stored first; QC is ready. | Review now and record its own return deadline. |
| Sneakers B | Arrived later; awaiting an insole measurement. | Keep out of the accepted parcel until the measurement is resolved. |
| T-shirt C | Still travelling from the seller. | Track domestic delivery; do not leave A unreviewed while waiting. |
For a long wait, set your own reminders around storage day 85 and day 95 for the earliest item. These are planning reminders, not extra storage entitlements. If an accepted item approaches expiry, compare sending it now with obtaining a confirmed storage extension. Include only approved items when building the final parcel.
When does the Fishgoo warehouse storage period start?
The storage timeline gives purchasing and forwarding orders up to 100 days from the In Storage status. Track the warehouse status date, not the date you discovered the listing or paid for it. Each item can enter storage on a different day, so a haul with several sellers does not have one shared deadline.
Keep a simple list with the order number, arrival status, QC decision and planned shipment. Add your own calendar reminder well before the earliest storage deadline. Do not rely on a final reminder: the storage instructions warn that unhandled items can be treated as abandoned without further notice.
| Clock | What it controls | Practical action |
|---|---|---|
| Seller delivery | When an item reaches the warehouse. | Monitor the domestic order and tracking record. |
| Return or after-sales window | When a request may still be accepted. | Review QC immediately after storage. |
| Warehouse storage period | How long the item can remain before further action. | Ship or arrange an approved extension before expiry. |
Deal with unmatched or abnormal forwarding packages early
An unmatched package can occur when a parcel arrives before the forwarding order exists or lacks enough information to connect it with your account. The storage page gives these packages a shorter 30-day period from Signed In. Because the warehouse cannot reliably identify the user, account reminders may not be possible.
For a forwarding shipment, submit the required order information and domestic tracking number using the current account process. If the courier shows delivery but the item is not matched to your warehouse, send support the tracking number, sender information and delivery evidence. Correcting the account link is more useful than waiting for the package to appear automatically.
Accept or query each item as it arrives
Consolidation works best when accepted items are clearly separated from items awaiting a measurement, return or replacement. Review warehouse QC on arrival and make the decision while the relevant after-sales window is still available. A 100-day storage allowance is not a 100-day return policy.
If an exchange is pending, keep that item out of the parcel selection and check whether the replacement has its own storage record. Do not assume the original item’s status or deadline applies to the new record. For a partially delivered set, note exactly which components are available before building a parcel.
Build a parcel around compatible items
You can select warehouse items from different sellers for international dispatch. Start with route eligibility: all selected contents must be accepted by the route. A parcel containing only clothing can have different options from one with batteries, liquids or other restricted goods. Read the restricted item guide before combining those categories.
Then compare packed size and weight. Consolidation can remove duplicate outer packaging, but a larger carton can increase dimensional weight or move the shipment into another charging band. Compare the actual parcel quotes when available instead of assuming that one larger box always costs less than two smaller boxes.
Keep the reason for any split clear. Separate parcels may be useful when their contents require different routes or an early item must leave before a later order arrives. Splitting does not remove import responsibilities; descriptions and values still need to reflect the contents of each parcel.
Choose packaging with the product in mind
| Item type | Decision | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Sneakers | Keep or remove the original shoe box. | Protection, presentation and change in packed volume. |
| Clothing | Compact excess packaging where appropriate. | Avoid compression that could damage a delicate item. |
| Bags and structured accessories | Protect shape and exposed hardware. | Whether padding or a retained box is needed. |
| Sealed or collectible items | Preserve seals and retail packaging if important. | Inspection limits and potential return conditions. |
Write packing instructions that refer to the selected item. A general instruction to remove every box may affect an item whose box is part of the protection you want. Check any optional service charge before confirming. Save the approved instructions so they can be compared with the final parcel record.
Act before storage expires
If you cannot ship an item within its storage period, ask about an Extended Storage Service before the deadline. Confirm the price, extension length, item coverage and evidence that the extension was applied. A message asking a question is not the same as an extension being approved or paid for.
Warehouse safekeeping does not stop a product from expiring or deteriorating. Storage instructions exclude shelf-life protection, which matters for goods with a limited usable life. Buying a perishable item for a long consolidation period can create a problem that a storage extension does not solve.
Before submitting a parcel, verify the accepted contents, full address, route eligibility, packing instructions and payable quote. Keep any item that still needs a decision out of the shipment. Use the current storage timeline to check an upcoming deadline, then continue with the Fishgoo shipping cost guide.
Common questions
How long can I store Fishgoo orders?
The current timeline gives purchasing and forwarding orders up to 100 days from In Storage. Check each item separately and arrange shipping or an approved extension before expiry.
Does my return window last as long as warehouse storage?
No. Returns have separate, much shorter deadlines. Review each item when it arrives.
Why is a delivered forwarding package missing from My Warehouse?
It may not yet be processed or may be missing the information needed to match it with your account. Check the forwarding record and contact support with domestic tracking evidence.
Does consolidation always reduce shipping?
No. The result depends on packing, dimensions, route eligibility and charging bands. Compare packed quotes.
