How to use a Fishgoo spreadsheet link to place an order

Start with a category on this spreadsheet, open the product’s detail page, then use Buy Now to continue to the Fishgoo listing. The product page and the agent checkout are separate screens. Choose your size, colour and quantity again on Fishgoo; a selection made while browsing the directory should not be assumed to carry into the order.

1. Open a product from the sneaker category, T-shirt category or another relevant category.
2. On its detail page, compare the listing information and available QC references, then select Buy Now.
3. On Fishgoo, confirm the original marketplace link, selected version and current price. Select every required option before using Add to Cart or the available purchase action.
4. Review the basket’s size, colour, quantity and domestic shipping, then complete the item-order payment.
5. Review your own QC after warehouse arrival. Select accepted items for a parcel and pay international shipping as a later step.

If the agent preview is missing a size or colour, retain the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product URL and ask whether that exact option can be ordered. A thumbnail or a saved reference price is not enough to identify the variant. For example, ordering a black hoodie in size L means checking both selectors in the Fishgoo basket, even if that option looked selected on the discovery page.

How Fishgoo works: the order and the parcel are separate

Fishgoo buys items from Chinese sellers on your behalf, receives them at a warehouse and arranges international delivery after you choose a shipping route. Buying the item and sending the parcel are separate decisions. The first payment covers your selected products and applicable domestic delivery; the international shipping stage comes later, when the warehouse has the information needed to prepare your parcel.

A Fishgoo spreadsheet helps you discover product links. It does not reserve inventory, select your size or calculate the delivered cost. Treat each find as the start of a buying decision: open the listing, check the exact version and keep a record of what you intend to order.

Choose a spreadsheet find that fits your requirements

Start with the category you need, such as the Fishgoo sneaker spreadsheet or hoodie spreadsheet. Compare several candidates against a specific requirement: a shoe style, garment measurement, bag dimension or spending limit. Looking at a smaller set of relevant listings makes it easier to notice missing information than browsing by price alone.

Check whether the photographs belong to the seller, a previous buyer or a generated try-on. Previous QC references can help you identify questions to ask, but they cannot establish what your future order will contain. Keep the product link alongside your notes so a similar-looking listing does not get substituted accidentally.

Prepare your account and delivery details

Create your Fishgoo account using an email address you can access, complete the verification requested by the current registration screen and keep your account credentials private. Use the account handling your purchase to review order messages and warehouse updates. This directory helps you browse; it does not receive your payment or manage your order.

Prepare the recipient name, complete street address, postcode and a working contact number before shipping. For a US apartment or a UK flat, keep the unit information in the appropriate address field. Avoid changing the destination after comparing routes: the postcode and country can affect route availability and the final quote.

Submit a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 product link

The buying flow accepts supported Chinese marketplace product links. Copy the individual listing rather than a shop homepage, search results page or image URL, then open it through the current Fishgoo search. If the link cannot be recognised, retain the original URL and ask support whether the item can be ordered manually. A failed preview does not establish that the seller has no stock.

Choose every required specification before adding the product to your cart: size, colour, model, capacity or quantity as applicable. Recheck the selection in the cart. A listing can show a starting price for one option while the size or version you need costs more. Do not leave a crucial specification only in a general comment if the listing provides a dedicated selector.

Review the item payment before checkout

Separate the selected item price from domestic shipping and payment costs. The approximate USD prices in this spreadsheet are saved references, so use the current order screen for the payable amount. For a multi-seller basket, check which domestic delivery charges apply rather than assuming one fee covers every seller.

Keep a payment record and the order numbers created after checkout. If a payment appears pending, inspect the transaction and order status before trying again. Review warehouse QC before the return window passes

Once your item appears in My Warehouse, confirm that it matches the order. Review the colour, size labels, quantity and visible condition. If a needed detail is missing, ask for a specific angle or measurement rather than simply requesting more pictures.

Select your parcel contents and arrange delivery

Select the accepted items in My Warehouse and follow Submit Parcel. Compare packing options and routes using the same contents and destination. Keep original packaging when it protects the product or is important to you; removing a shoe box is a trade-off between volume and protection, not an automatic requirement.

Enter accurate parcel descriptions and values, review the full shipping quote and check any excluded charges. After dispatch, follow My Parcel and the named carrier.
