Fishgoo Payment & Top-Up — Balance, Fees & Refund Credits
Check the balance credited against the amount paid, understand fees and currency conversion, and resolve pending transactions. A refund into the account balance is separate from withdrawing money.
How to top up Fishgoo balance and pay for an order
Top-up and checkout are separate actions. A successful top-up should appear as available account funds; the order still needs its own payment confirmation. Use this sequence to reconcile the money before trying a second payment.
- Sign in to the Fishgoo account that will hold the order and open its balance / top-up function.
- Enter the intended amount and check the transaction currency. Compare it with the item total and domestic shipping you are about to pay.
- Choose a method offered on that screen, such as PayPal or an accepted international card. Read the fee, charged amount and expected credited amount.
- Complete the provider flow and keep its transaction reference. Return to Fishgoo and verify the balance and top-up history.
- Open the order basket, recheck the selected variants and complete its payment. Confirm the order status separately from the top-up status.
For example, two items costing $22 and $18 plus $4 domestic shipping need $44 of usable funds before any other displayed charge. A $44 bank charge does not establish that $44 was credited: compare the account credit after processing and conversion. International freight remains a separate budget. Screen names and available methods can vary, so use your account’s displayed amounts for the transaction.
Separate buying costs, top-ups and international freight
A Fishgoo top-up adds money to your account balance. An item payment uses money to place a specific order. A parcel payment covers the shipping stage. Keeping these transactions separate helps you see whether money is still available, has been allocated to an order or has been used for a shipment.
Before paying, write down the selected product total and applicable domestic shipping. Leave the international parcel budget as a separate line until you have a useful estimate. A low spreadsheet price does not tell you the cost of payment conversion, packing or delivery. If a top-up is made first, compare the credited balance with the amount charged by your payment provider.
Which Fishgoo payment methods should you check?
The payment help page lists balance, PayPal, Alipay and card payments, with PayPal and international cards described for balance top-ups. Availability can differ by account, region and payment screen. Use the methods offered in your own checkout instead of relying on payment logos elsewhere on a page.
| Option | Useful for | Check before confirming |
|---|---|---|
| Account balance | Paying an order using already credited funds. | Available balance, payable currency and order total. |
| PayPal | An offered direct payment or balance top-up. | Provider amount, conversion choice and service fee. |
| International card | An offered card payment or top-up. | Accepted card, billing details, provider and issuer fees. |
| Alipay | An order screen that offers this method. | Eligibility and the displayed amount; do not assume it is a top-up option. |
Choose a supported method that you can document and reconcile. Complete the payment inside the recognised order or top-up flow, then keep its transaction reference. A message from an unfamiliar contact asking for payment outside that flow should be checked with the service handling your order.
Read the payment fee and currency conversion together
A purchasing service fee and a payment processing charge are different costs. A service that does not add a purchasing commission can still display payment fees, domestic delivery, optional services or international freight. Read the payable breakdown rather than treating a headline fee claim as the final amount.
The payment help page currently lists a PayPal top-up charge of 7% plus $0.30. Check the live screen before authorising payment, including whether that fee is added to the amount charged or deducted from the balance credited. For illustration, 7% of a $100 base plus $0.30 is $7.30; this arithmetic does not establish that every $100 top-up credits $100 or that another method uses the same rate.
Your bank or payment provider may apply a separate conversion or foreign transaction cost. Compare the total in the currency your account will actually be charged. If the provider offers a conversion choice, read both amounts before choosing. The approximate USD prices on this site are product references and do not set the exchange rate for a live payment.
Fund the next planned purchase rather than guessing a large balance
Prepare a short funding plan: the confirmed item order, known domestic fees and a reasonable allowance for costs already visible in the flow. Keep money for international shipping available, but avoid assuming a rough parcel estimate is a final invoice. When several sellers are involved, track which orders have already been paid so the same product is not funded twice.
A balance makes repeat payments convenient, but unused funds still need to be managed. Before leaving a large amount in the account, check withdrawal eligibility, any fee and the available destination for repayment. Do not assume an account credit can be transferred immediately to every card or wallet. Save the transaction history when reconciling several orders.
Resolve a pending payment without creating duplicates
If your provider shows a charge but your Fishgoo balance or order has not updated, first note the transaction reference, time, amount, currency and the intended order or top-up. Check whether the provider describes the transaction as authorised, completed, pending or reversed. A pending authorisation can behave differently from a settled payment.
- Check the Fishgoo payment and order history for an existing transaction.
- Compare the account email and order number with the record you intended to pay.
- Keep the provider receipt and a screenshot of the unresolved status.
- Ask support to reconcile the transaction before making a duplicate payment.
When contacting support, describe the mismatch in one sentence: the provider shows a completed payment, but a named top-up or order is still pending. Share only the evidence needed for that check. An order number and transaction reference are useful; a password or complete card security details are not.
Understand where an order refund appears
A cancelled or accepted return order can be refunded to the Fishgoo account balance. A credit in the balance is different from a withdrawal back to the original payment method. Check the refund transaction and available balance first, then follow the current withdrawal procedure if you do not intend to use the credit for another order.
For a returned warehouse item, the refund can depend on the seller receiving and accepting the return. Do not count that refund as already available when planning the next purchase. Keep the order, return shipment and refund records together. The Fishgoo returns and refunds guide explains how to track each stage without treating a submitted request as a completed refund.
Before confirming any payment, use the current payment and top-up screen information to check the applicable method, fee and currency. Then continue with the Fishgoo buying workflow or parcel cost checklist.
Common questions
Can I pay for Fishgoo with PayPal?
PayPal is listed in the payment help information. Confirm that it is offered for your transaction and check the current amount, fee and conversion before paying.
Does a Fishgoo top-up pay for international shipping automatically?
A top-up credits funds. You still need to review and pay the applicable parcel charge through the shipping workflow.
Why is my credited balance different from my card charge?
Processing fees and currency conversion can change the relationship between the charged amount and the balance credited. Compare both transaction records.
Does a refund go straight back to my card?
An order refund can first appear in the account balance. A withdrawal is a separate step with its own current requirements.
